well, start by downloading a DAW workstation i.e. Ableton, Logic, FL Studio. Then let your creativity soar, whatever you do, try to portray your feelings into the music. That gives the music much more depth. Other than that, there are plenty of tutorials on youtube on how to create electronic music.
You can learn a lot from those. Try it out and let me know when you make something :)
